Vacuum Switching Valve (VSV, also known as canister purge solenoid valve). Widely used on Toyota & Lexus vehicles. Controlled by engine ECU to switch vacuum pipelines. It serves for canister purge, EGR system, turbo boost control, air suspension vacuum regulation and other systems.
