A2: The standard MOQ is 20 pieces. Mixed batch of different models is acceptable with total quantity no less than 30 pieces.
Q3: Do you provide samples? What's the sample policy?
A3: Yes, we provide samples. Sample fee and sample freight is borne by the buyer. Sample fee will be fully refunded when the bulk order reaches 50 pieces.
Q4: How long is the production lead time?
A4: For stock products, we ship within 3-5 working days; for custom bulk orders, the production cycle is 15-25 working days (subject to order quantity).

A5: We support OEM/ODM services, including logo laser engraving/printing, voltage customization and packaging design (MOQ for customization is 50 pieces).
Q6: What payment methods and terms do you accept?
A6: We accept T/T. 50% deposit in advance to start production, 50% balance paid before shipment.
