What's the relevant policy? A2: Yes, we provide full-process customized prototyping and sample service. The sample fee and sample freight shall be borne by the buyer. We will complete sample production and delivery within 7-15 working days after receiving the sample payment. The full sample fee will be refunded when the corresponding quantity of the formal bulk order reaches 300 pieces or more. Q3: How long is the production lead time and delivery cycle? A3: For customized small-batch orders, the production lead time is 10-15 working days. For large-batch orders and orders with special processes/customized designs, the production cycle is 15-30 working days.
