The hydraulic balance jack is a hydraulic tool that works based on Pascal's principle. It is mainly used to maintain load balance, adjust the posture of objects, etc. It is widely used in coal mining, bridge construction and other fields.
Structural composition:
It usually consists of cylinder bottom, cylinder barrel, piston, piston rod, guide sleeve and two oil inlet and outlet ports. The cylinder bottom and cylinder barrel are butt welded, the guide sleeve is set in the cylinder mouth, the piston is installed at the inner end of the piston rod, there is a single earring at the outer end of the piston rod, a wear-resistant bushing is set in the hole, and sealing is achieved through O-rings.
How it works:
According to Pascal's principle, the liquid pressure is the same everywhere. Pressure oil is injected into the jack through a hydraulic pump, so that the oil transmits pressure in a closed space, pushing the piston to extend or retract, thereby generating thrust or pulling force to achieve support, balance or attitude adjustment of heavy objects.
Features:
Balance adjustment: The top beam can be adjusted to a horizontal state or a desired angle to ensure the stability of the equipment or structure and keep the bracket in a good working posture.
Adapt to load changes: Generally equipped with a balanced two-way lock and safety valve, it can be in a pulling or thrust state according to changes in the load on the roof, effectively supporting and controlling the roof of the working surface, etc.
Good sealing: A variety of sealing rings are used to achieve good sealing, prevent oil leakage, and ensure stable working performance of the jack.
