Hydraulic side thrust jack is a special jack that uses hydraulic principles to achieve transverse (horizontal) thrust. It is mainly used to push, translate, correct or separate heavy objects. It is widely used in construction engineering, mechanical installation, ship manufacturing, bridge construction and other fields.

The hydraulic side thrust jack achieves thrust output through the following process:

1. Power input: A hydraulic pump (manual or electric) pressurizes the hydraulic oil and then inputs it into the jack cylinder.

2. Energy conversion: High-pressure oil pushes the piston to extend in the horizontal direction, and the front end of the piston converts hydraulic energy into mechanical thrust.

3. Force transmission: The push rod acts on heavy objects or support points to achieve lateral movement, correction or separation.

4. Unloading reset: After the operation is completed, the pressure is relieved through the hydraulic valve, and the piston retracts under the action of spring force or external force.
