Product Introduction
This product offers excellent processing characteristics and a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. When used in wire manufacturing, it meets the JB/T1037 standard and complies with relevant environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH. It is suitable for the insulation of high-voltage cables and charging pile components in new energy vehicles.

Applicable Standard
The material complies with the JB/T1037 standard.

**Processing Guidelines**
It is recommended to use a specialized single-flight screw (constant pitch, variable depth) for low-smoke, halogen-free materials, with a compression ratio of 1.5 ± 0.2. Screw speed should be controlled to avoid excessive rates. Do not use BM-type screws. A 60-mesh screen is recommended for the breaker plate. Pressure-type tooling should be used for small-gauge wires, and the melt temperature should not exceed 170°C (refer to the extrusion temperature profile).

Due to the product's specific structure, pre-crosslinking may occur if the material remains in the barrel for an extended period. Customers are advised to avoid prolonged residence times in the machine. If pre-crosslinking occurs due to stagnation, purge the material from the machine; normal operation will resume upon reloading fresh material.
