Product Introduction
Wear and corrosion resistant tubing is manufactured based on API 5CT seamless tubing base pipe, processed via overall quenching‑tempering heat treatment, internal & external anti‑corrosion wear‑proof coating, alloy lining and other technologies. It serves as dedicated pipe string for oil‑gas wells, geothermal wells and brine corrosive wells.
Available base steel grades include N80, L80, 13Cr, P110. Surface treatments such as epoxy coating, nitriding, chrome plating and alloy liner are optional to resist electrochemical corrosion caused by hydrogen sulfide, chloride ion and saline formation medium, meanwhile reducing pipe wall abrasion from sand‑laden fluid scouring, greatly extending downhole service life.
It can be equipped with NU plain thread, EU upset thread and non‑API premium connections, retaining qualified tensile, collapse and burst resistance. Complete sizes are in stock, coating thickness can be customized, delivered together with matched thread protectors. Suitable for land truck and sea container shipment, widely applied in heavy oil wells, corrosive deep wells and geothermal exploitation projects.
