(2) Folding paper boxes — including folding gift boxes and airplane mailer boxes, widely used for cosmetics, food, gifts, and FMCG products.
4. What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 5,000 pcs for both paper tubes/cans and folding paper boxes. We also support flexible MOQ for sample orders and small batch production to meet different client needs.
5. What is the sampling and production lead time?
A: For paper tubes/cans: sample lead time is 5-7 days, and mass production takes 15-20 days. For folding paper boxes: sampling takes 3-5 days, and bulk delivery takes 12-18 days. We maintain stable lead times for repeat orders.
6. Do you provide food-grade packaging? Are compliance reports available?
A: Yes. We have food-grade packaging production capability with food contact material test reports and third-party test reports available. Our paper tubes can be equipped with optional aluminum foil lining for airtight and moisture-proof protection, making them suitable for food, tea, nuts, and other export products.
7. What surface finishing and customization options are available?
A: For paper tubes: customizable size, logo printing, and surface finishes including hot stamping, matte lamination, and embossing. For folding boxes: supports spot UV, foil stamping, matte lamination, and other premium processes. We also provide full service from structural design to mass production, with strict color consistency and material strength quality control.
8. About the shipping way?
A: We can ship the goods by sea or by air (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc.). We will ship as you request. If not specified, we will choose the most favorable and efficient shipping method based on your destination country. We have extensive experience in export logistics and can assist with customs documentation and compliance requirements.
9. Do you support custom branding and private label?
A: Yes. We offer full customization including custom logo printing, brand-specific colors, structural design, and surface finishes. We support private label packaging for distributors, brand owners, and contract packers, with flexible multi-SKU customization capabilities.
