Stainless-Steel Welded Pipes: Stainless-steel welded pipes are formed by rolling stainless-steel sheets into tubular shapes and joining them via welding. 2. Strength and Pressure Resistance

Seamless Pipes: Seamless pipes undergo rigorous quality inspections during production, including ultrasonic testing, eddy-current testing and X-ray testing, to guarantee defect-free internal structures.
Stainless-Steel Welded Pipes: Inspections for welded pipes focus mainly on weld seams, with ultrasonic testing and X-ray testing as common methods. While weld seams constitute weak points, strict quality control can ensure operational safety.
Both seamless pipes and stainless-steel welded pipes have their own advantages and disadvantages, and are suitable for different application scenarios. When selecting pipes, comprehensive consideration should be given to specific requirements such as working pressure, service environment, and budget. Seamless pipes are the preferred choice when high strength and excellent pressure resistance are required. For scenarios with lower strength requirements and limited budgets, stainless-steel welded pipes serve as a cost-effective alternative.
