Product Introduction
The ZK-M2000 is a portable motor diagnostic device designed for online and offline condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of low-voltage motors. It collects data while the motor is operating normally and evaluates the motor condition accordingly, generating a complete motor condition diagnostic report in just one minute, helping users detect potential faults in advance.
Key Features
- Portable integrated design: Main unit dimensions of 308 × 295 × 157 mm and weight of 3.8 kg. A single operator can carry it to each test point and complete all tests independently, without an external host computer or dedicated test bench.
- Online testing without power interruption: Measurement and diagnosis are performed directly while the motor operates normally under load, without power outage, wiring disconnection, or production interruption. Current signals are acquired non-intrusively via clamp-on current sensors without modifying the existing electrical circuit.
- Multi-mode integrated testing: Four operating modes—real-time monitoring, online diagnosis, start-up test, and operation test—covering the full range of motor operating conditions.
- Fully automatic diagnosis and instant reports: Data acquisition, feature calculation, threshold comparison, and conclusion generation are completed automatically. Approximately one minute after online diagnosis, the device automatically generates a motor condition diagnostic report and a motor measurement report, with support for comparison against historical reports.
- Comprehensive diagnosis with 16 characteristic parameters: Based on the MCSA (Motor Current Signature Analysis) principle, the device extracts 16 electrical and mechanical characteristic parameters and performs comprehensive diagnosis in accordance with standards such as GB/T 755-2019, GB/T 13957-2022, GB/T 26921-2011, and T/CSEE 0285-2022, identifying typical faults such as loose stator windings, inter-turn short circuits, broken rotor bars, air-gap eccentricity, bearing abnormalities, and loose foundations.
- High-frequency waveform recording and anomaly capture: Built-in trigger-based high-frequency waveform recording supports trigger conditions including voltage, current, frequency, and harmonic limit violations, with a maximum sampling rate of 100 kHz. Data is stored in the COMTRADE standard format for in-depth offline analysis on the device.
- Trend analysis and predictive maintenance support: The device maintains historical diagnostic archives of characteristic parameters for the same motor and plots trend curves, providing quantitative evidence for predictive maintenance planning.
- Convenient data export: Data files can be exported via USB or network interfaces for archiving and in-depth analysis.
