Product Introduction – Automatic Hang Tag Loop Lock Machine

The Automatic Hang Tag Loop Lock Machineis designed for efficient and automated hang tag attachment. It supports automatic feeding, automatic hang tag placement and looping. The system can be configured for single-card, double-card, triple-card, or quadruple-card modes. It offers both fully automatic and semi-automatic (foot-pedal) operation, with adjustable speed control. A user-friendly touchscreen interface enables visualized control. One machine can replace the workload of three operators—simply place the hang tag, press the switch, and the hang tag looping process is completed automatically.

This machine reduces labor costs, minimizes operator fatigue, and significantly improves production efficiency.

It is widely applicable to industries such as toys, household goods, apparel, bags & luggage, hardware tools, pet products, handicrafts, accessories, hats, and gloves.

• Each strip contains 100 fasteners (to be upgraded to 5,000 fasteners per roll), replacing the previous process where each worker manually threaded hang tags with individual fasteners. This greatly improves packaging efficiency and saves labor.
• Place & Press: Operators only need to place the product and press the switch, significantly reducing workload and fatigue.

1. Operating air pressure: ≤ 7 kg (0.7 MPa).
2. Operator training required before use; avoid fatigue operation.
3. Recommended hang tag hole diameter: > 3.5 mm.
4. Maintain spare consumables such as tagging gun needles, push pins, and built-in blades.
5. Air supply requirement: 8 mm air tube interface; output pressure ≥ 5.5 kg (0.55 MPa). Factory air source must exceed 0.55 MPa for stable operation.
6. Power supply: 220V, one three-prong socket.
7. Tools included: metric hex key set, small flat screwdriver (0.6 mm blade thickness, width < 4 mm).
8. Minimum workspace: 1.2 × 0.6 m for machine placement.
9. Caution – blade cutting position: the rear of the first fastener line should be approx. 1 mm from the end face of the roller blade.
10. For longer hang tags, adjust the hang tag’s upper edge to prevent it from tipping over.
11. During operation, the top surface of the product must not be higher than the upper surface of the needle.
12. Lubrication: Apply lubricant to moving/rotating parts monthly or every 50 rolls of fasteners.
