Product Introduction – Fully Automatic Coordinate-Type Cable Tie Fastening Machine / Plastic Fastener Machine / Card Binding Machine 

This machine is a fully automatic coordinate-type upgrade of the Automatic Cable Tie Fastening Machine, Automatic Plastic Fastener Machine, Automatic Card Binding Machine, and Automatic Hardware Card Binding Machine. 

It automates the semi-automatic back card binding process previously performed by workers, with the following features: 

Fully automatic single-head dual-Y coordinate type. Once the program is set, the machine runs automatically and can secure various products across multiple industries. Intuitive parameter settings are available, with over 100 function settings on the touch screen, automatic coordinate positioning, and a flow-line work platform. Operators only need to place the product on the machine; the machine automatically binds it, and then the finished product can be collected. 

Patented product. Binds the back card in just 0.59 seconds by pressing a button. Saves labor, reduces fatigue, and improves efficiency. Supports automatic high-capacity feeding, 10,000 fasteners per roll (5,000 fasteners per roll for the hardware version with wider and thicker fasteners). 

One machine accommodates products of various lengths and widths, freely adjustable.

Locking Plastic Fastener Series Installation Machine (FISM) 

Compared with other traditional packaging methods, such as blister shells, plastic-coated wire ties, and single-sided blister card packaging, locking plastic fasteners reduce packaging material waste and improve production efficiency. This innovative packaging method can securely fasten household items, toys, and small hardware onto backer cards, enhancing customer interaction with the products.

Enhanced Production Efficiency 

It takes only 0.5 seconds to secure one position, an efficiency unattainable by manual operation. The FISM system is pneumatically driven and can be used as standalone packaging equipment or easily integrated into automated packaging lines.

Reduced Packaging Materials 

Each plastic fastener weighs less than 0.002 ounces. Compared with many traditional packaging methods, the locking plastic fastener installation machine can reduce packaging material weight by 99%.
