What "Factory Direct" Actually Means Here
Tube cutting, welding, powder coating, net weaving and sewing all happen under one roof. That is why we can commit to a wall thickness, a mesh construction and a delivery date — instead of forwarding someone else's promise. Frames are welded at every joint rather than bolted, which is what keeps a top rail straight after repeated setup. Buyers and third-party inspectors are welcome on site before a bulk order is placed.
Where the Netting Comes From
The mesh that holds a pickleball net starts here — on our own spool lines and weaving frames. Because we weave and sew in-house, we can specify strand count, mesh aperture and edge finishing instead of accepting whatever a supplier ships.
Capacity You Can Plan Around
These lines run both our own net range and OEM orders, which means lead times are quoted against actual line capacity rather than against hope. That is what lets us hold a delivery date on a bulk order instead of revising it twice before shipment.
