Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Yes, buyer audits and factory visits are always welcome. Our factory is located in Tongcheng City, Anhui Province — about 2 hours from Shanghai or Nanjing by high-speed rail. Let us know your schedule and we will arrange production line access, sample review and a technical discussion with our engineers.
How do I get samples before bulk production?
Simply send your bag type, size and thickness through the enquiry form or email [email protected]. Stock samples (3–5 pieces across sizes and gauges) are free of charge — you only cover the courier. Custom printed samples take 5–7 days, and the setup fee is credited back on your first bulk order of 50,000 pcs or more.
