1. Can I get fabric samples? 是否可以提供样品？
Small swatch samples are free of charge. The buyer only needs to bear the international courier freight. We can send A4 size or 30cm full width sample for confirmation.
小块色样免费，客户仅承担国际快递运费；可提供 A4 小样或 30cm 门幅样供确认。

2. What is your MOQ? 最小起订量是多少？
Stock fabrics support small orders; customized dyed fabrics MOQ is 600-1000KG per color, different fabric types differ. Please consult us for details.
现货面料支持小批量；染色定制面料单色起订量 600–1000 公斤，面料品种不同要求不同，具体咨询。

3. What is the tolerance for GSM, width and length? 克重、门幅、米数公差标准？
GSM tolerance: ±5%
Width tolerance: ±1.5cm
Roll length tolerance: ±1%
克重公差 ±5%；门幅公差 ±1.5 厘米；每卷米数公差 ±1%。

4. What’s the standard color fastness? 面料色牢度达到几级？
Normal standard: dry rubbing ≥3-4 grade, wet rubbing ≥3 grade, washing color fastness ≥3-4 grade. Higher standard can be customized.
常规标准：干摩擦 3–4 级，湿摩擦≥3 级，水洗色牢度 3–4 级；可根据客户要求做更高等级整理。

5. How long is the production lead time? 货期多久？
Stock goods: arrange shipment within 3–7 days.
Custom color bulk order: 7–15 days after sample & color confirmation.
现货：3–7 天安排发货；定制染色大货：色样确认后 7–15 天。

6. What payment terms can you accept? 支持哪些付款方式？
We accept T/T, L/C at sight. For new customers, 30% deposit before production, balance against copy of B/L.
支持电汇、即期信用证；新客户常规预付 30% 定金，余款见提单副本结清。

7. Can you provide test certificates? 是否可以提供检测报告？
We can provide SGS test report. OEKO-TEX, GRS recycled certification can be arranged upon your request with extra cost.
可提供 SGS 检测；如需 OEKO-TEX、GRS 再生认证，可另行安排，产生相应费用。

8. Will the fabric shed hair /pilling? 面料是否掉毛、起球？
Our regular plush fabrics adopt advanced finishing process to minimize shedding and pilling. Serious shedding is avoided under normal washing conditions. We suggest washing test with sample before bulk order.
常规毛绒面料经过后整理工艺，有效改善掉毛、起球现象；正常洗涤不会严重脱毛。建议客户先拿样品做水洗测试。

9. Can we do custom printing /jacquard on plush fabric? 能否印花、提花定制？
Yes. We support solid dye, pigment printing, dispersion printing and jacquard for most plush fabrics.
支持素色染色、涂料印花、分散印花以及提花工艺（大部分毛绒面料适用）。

10. What is the packing way? 面料包装方式？
Standard packing: rolled with plastic film inside, woven bag outside. Custom packing label is available.
标准包装：内塑膜、外编织袋卷装；可定制外贴唛头标签。

11. What trade terms can you offer? 可以报什么贸易条款？
We can quote FOB Ningbo / FOB Shanghai, EXW，CIF and CFR as your requirement.
可提供 FOB 宁波 / 上海，EXW，CIF、CFR 等报价。

12. What are the applications of your plush fabrics? 面料适用哪些产品？
Suitable for blankets, home textiles, loungewear, pajamas, plush toys, pet beds, garment lining, cushion and so on.
适用于毛毯、家纺、家居服、睡衣、毛绒玩具、宠物垫、服装里布、抱枕等。
