But here's a heads-up: Dry installation is completely different from wet installation. 90% of the tutorials online tell you to spray water — but for PDLC self-adhesive film, the right way is: clean the glass thoroughly with 99% alcohol, make sure the glass is 100% dry, then apply. Otherwise, trapped moisture will cause bubbles, and worse, electrode oxidation over time.

I only learned these pitfalls after installing it myself.
