After customer approval, we receive the bulk order and start mass production strictly based on the confirmed sample.

When mass production is finished, we inform the customer. We arrange transportation per customer’s requirements, complete delivery, and provide tracking number together with packing list.

After goods are received, we keep following up with clients. We collect feedback on product quality, fit and market performance. Any issues will be properly communicated and resolved. We also support further re‑order arrangements for your next collection.

Customers may provide reference photos, physical samples, or simply describe their concept to our sales team.

Our sales will forward all requirements to fashion designers. Designers draw style renderings according to client requests, and send them back via sales for detail confirmation.

Once details are confirmed, requirements go to the technical department. Pattern‑makers develop patterns and size charts. Finished samples will be sent to the customer for verification of fabric, style, sizing, workmanship and other details, together with our quotation.
