With itsunique commercial advantages and excellent geographical location, CapitaMall LuOneSquare has become one of the most concerned complex projects in East China.The commercial part of this project opened in 2018.
The LuOne CapitalLand project is positioned to combine green ecological environment protection, continuing the design concept of integrating architecture and nature, breaking the traditional appearance of office buildings, and integrating architecture with ecological gardens. So that urban buildings can follow the changes of the seasons, symbiosis and integration with nature. Based on the concept of "urban oasis", Moshe Safdie connects the LuOne Capitaland Plaza office building and commercial building, integrating the ecological garden into the 160 meter high office building, breaking the appearance design of a thousand floors and one side. The building adopts a combination of virtual and real facades to create a park style office corner. This unique green vertical space in the air also makes the LuOne office building truly an oasis in the bustling city.
On the human scale, it mainly expresses the exquisite details and the intimate relationship between people and the garden landscape, the podium and the interior lobby.The street scale is mainly the expression of the form of the building, the tower and the podium are unified at 3000K, and the upper and lower levels are harmoniously integrated with the surrounding environment. The light illuminates a pane to reflect the design language of the building, so that the light and the building fit together.
The "corner sky garden" that runs through the entire building provides users with a refreshing relaxation space. Rich and varied green plants add vitality and vitality to the interior space and enhance visual comfort.The southwest corner of the tower is specially designed as a glass tower, which is raised on a four-storey basis to form seven separate ecological gardens, integrating green into the office building.

From the outside in, the interior lobby is a continuation of the building, acting as a link and transition link. From the bottom up, the four seasons, light and shadow flow in the corner, open, bright, transparent, green, body and mind in this immersion.
