The rise of every national new area bears the significant mission of historical renewal. The project is located in the Rongcheng Cluster of Xiong'an New Area, occupying an important geographical position at the Xiong'an Gateway. The northern part is the Beijing-Baoding Railway, and a planned subway station is located 1km south. As one of the first key projects in the construction of the new area, it includes exhibition center type exhibitions, offices, above ground commercial and commercial supporting facilities. In the future, a centralized exhibition and creative exchange platform will be built that integrates green technology, green building materials, green craftsmanship, and urban furniture, showcasing the high-quality development achievements of Xiong'an New Area and empowering the first batch of enterprises to settle in Xiong'an.
The architect utilized the traditional Chinese scatter perspective principle to design an open block space, adhering to a fusion of Chinese and Western elements, with a design orientation centered on Chinese elements, showcasing a dignified and elegant atmosphere. Taking the "Three Distances" approach as the design concept, we aim to create Chinese architecture that is characterized by "lower noise, middle reality, and upper emptiness".
The landscape is designed in a "penetrating" manner, utilizing various spatial forms such as roofs, platforms, inner courtyards and sunken courtyards to form multi-level green spaces, actively creating a seamless integration of green ecological environment. In addition, a rainwater collection and reuse system has been adopted, forming a rainwater garden with sponge landscape function.
Lighting planning inherits the essence of genetic neighborhoods, creating a complete urban display surface on the outer streets, and creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere with a peaceful external atmosphere; The inner street highlights the characteristics of the building, emphasizes close to human scale lighting, and creates a profound artistic conception with the inherent prosperity of the city and various industries; The highest point of architecture is the urban skyline, and the sublimation of the original intention and spirit forms a lofty artistic conception.
The core lighting concept is "Neat and Order, Elegant and Meaningful", aiming to emphasize the perfect integration of lighting and architecture, endowing the building with unique artistic charm and cultural connotations.
The undulating structure of the concentrated exhibition hall resembles towering ancient trees in nature. By combining unique indirect lighting with transparent glass curtain walls, the boundaries of the exhibition hall are weakened, forming a unified and grand sense of volume. Whether viewed from afar or up close, it leaves a deep impression on people.
The architectural blocks of distributed layout are combined with each other, and the overall color scheme follows the concept of the Chinese painting scroll. The vertical inheritance is reflected based on the clear gray brick color scheme, and the simple blue gray color scheme expresses the modern atmosphere. The lighting continues the concept of lower noise, middle reality, and upper virtuality, using stable and simple lighting techniques to reflect the sense of space. Combined with the ecological landscape of scattered layout, it creates a scenic atmosphere.
An all-weather open public space that is accessible in all directions and attracts talented individuals. The personalized multi-dimensional space brings an immersive travel experience.
Throughout the entire process of engineering construction, including site utilization, energy consumption, water conservation, and material selection, we adhere to sustainable design and achieve a three-star green building standard. Building 5 has been built as the first "zero energy building" in Xiong'an New Area, setting a benchmark for the development of the green building industry in Xiong'an New Area.
The indoor modular tree structure is arranged in a combination to form a multi-level spatial structure. Vertical traffic lines can reach each floor, and open and flexible exhibition booths are scattered in various positions of the space. This innovative display space brings infinite possibilities to lighting.
The lighting is closely related to the simple and modern interior, and the combination with the ceiling is fully considered in the arrangement of lighting fixtures. Exquisite and compact lighting fixtures are all hidden in grooves, maintaining a unified style. The emphasis is on using light to outline the posture of "trees", creating a bright and natural lighting environment.
The Red Station stands on the third floor of the exhibition center and is a unique exhibition hall that combines multiple themes such as "red", green buildings, Xiong'an New Area, and responsibility of central enterprises.
As a practitioner of "green, ecological, and sustainable", bpi's Xiongan Green Building Exhibition Center has won the LIT Awards of Low Carbon Lighting, with an overall LPD of 0.8W/m2. It is a truly green and energy-saving lighting practice project.
In the face of the times and the green construction of Xiong'an, as the tide of the times surges forward, people's demand for higher quality urban business life is also advancing. As a typical representative of the green smart park in Xiong'an New Area, the lighting of Xiong'an Green Building Exhibition Center breaks away from conventional boundaries and creates a more personalized and ecological future business space for enterprises.
