Shanghai Caohejing Science and Technology Oasis is located in the Caohejing High-Tech Park. The fourth, fifth, and sixth phases of the project are planned together and designed according to the concept of a modern garden style research and development park. The entire building units in the base are arranged in a "ring" layout, with a circular artificial water system inside the base, forming a scene of layered infiltration and mutual integration of buildings and landscapes. Each building has a landscape ring with one side facing mainly water system, rendering the visual beauty of "on the water side".

The lighting of project buildings often adopts indirect lighting and indoor natural transparency. The intensity of the façade lighting coexists harmoniously with the surrounding environment, and the light sprinkles on the building façade slowly fading, forming a warm and moist lighting texture.

In the A-type multi-storey buildings in the park, the key word of "box" architectural design is introduced: lighting design emphasize the sense of building blocks, using lighting to brighten the frame of the "box", and combining the comparison of cold and warm color temperatures, the main body of the 3000k building and the 4000k building "box" naturally present two atmospheres.

The B-type high-rise facade adopts double-layer curtain walls, and the unit panels are staggered at different angles vertically to create a high-tech and metallic modernity, which is in line with the technological sense of the "Technology Oasis" project. The lighting focuses on highlighting the skin texture of its nighttime display, illuminating the cavity of the unit plate through the spot light. 4000k of light is emitted from the perforated aluminum plate. Through the control system, the overall lighting effect can change different dynamic rhythms according to the environment, illuminating the visual core of the park.

Architecture and landscape, as well as decorative and functional lighting, all integrate lighting into spatial elements and complement each other. The north and south entrances of the entire park are connected to the buildings through green roof platforms. Below this roof is a completely open public space, which is also the main venue for outdoor activities at night. Therefore, the lighting is decorated with appropriate colors to enhance interest and liven up the space.

Pedestrians in the space look up at various corners of the building, stroll through this urban oasis, or look across the building. After rendering with lighting, the layered and staggered landscape of the building can be perceived by people, creating a relaxed and soft lighting environment.

At night, under the influence of lighting, the landscape along the water system can also display the artistic conception of tree shadows dancing. By means of means, retain the "bluish green" of the daytime and set off the surrounding water system. Reflections flow on the water surface, mirroring the night in the park and adding layers of light and shadow. You can hear the sound of water and see light and shadow.
