Shanghai Gemdale Lane is located in the historically rich Xinhua Road street, adjacent to high-end residential areas and old style garden villas. Behind its crisscrossing network structure, it carries rich historical culture and unique modern art. Experience the poetic and picturesque essence of historical condensation and humanistic portrayal. In this century long journey of time, the gravel of time permeates the intangible space and time. Every present moment is the beginning of a journey, the transition of time between the past, present, and future, blurring the boundary between the era and oneself. What remains unchanged is the progress and creation of each journey. Under the shade of green, there is a fashionable and lively neighborhood, and recently new architectural spaces have grown.
As a "new friend" in the Xinhua Road block, the first impression of "Gemdale Lane" is refreshing. The top three layers of long "building blocks" are stacked in an orderly manner, forming a unique three-dimensional space.Unlike the traditional layout of shopping malls, the open space is like a stepped park, forming an interesting dialogue space with the neighborhood.
Gemdale Lane runs north-south and is a long building with a total length of nearly 200 meters along the Anxi Road interface. The design style exudes a minimalist aesthetic, and the heavy stone on the exterior creates a sense of time imprint.
The Commun Steps at the northern end of the project are a natural gathering point for crowds, forming a project memory point through environmental devices, providing a "connected space" for office, commercial tenants, and external resources to flash and community activities.
The Commun Stage community activity platform between Building B and C features a wide staircase of light and shadow, which can serve as a commercial outdoor area, as well as a diverse venue for community lectures, theatrical activities, and nighttime light and shadow interactions.
A. Within buildings B and C, floors B1 to 2 are commercial spaces, while floors 3-5 are used for corporate offices. In addition to commercial functions, combined with the construction of Changning's "urban convenient living circle", the newly integrated cutting-edge art installations and outdoor recreational areas will also give the area vitality. Jindi Commercial Building establishes a long-term connection with local consumers through commercial space, focuses on spatial content, and creates the project into a place where life takes place instantly.
In terms of spatial design, it presents scene characteristics such as openness, well-organized layout, strolling, and sharing. Design is not only a language and rhythm, but also an experience. Through design, Xinhua Road endows buildings with vitality and constantly showcases the taste of the project to people coming and going.
Gemdale Lane will become an active point in urban public spaces, adding vitality, motivation, and vitality to the urban texture. After the activation of community operation, it will bring more added value to the project, enrich the project experience, and also become a supplement to the combination of business formats, forming an expansion on the boundaries of its own business formats.
