9. Power and Electrical Services
9.1 Electrical Installations and Power Supply
The hotel will make every effort to accommodate power service requirements. The hotel will not supply power to any installations that do not comply with the hotel's regulations, standard industry practices, and government regulations.
The organizer must submit all power arrangements, usage, and other required technical information to the hotel for approval before the first day of event setup.
9.2 Liability
The hotel shall not be liable for any delays caused by unsatisfactory energy installations, or for insufficient time for testing due to issues discovered after electrical installation testing.
9.3 Electrical Contractors
The hotel exclusively provides power supply within the event venue. However, the hotel imposes restrictions on contractors performing electrical installation work inside and outside the venue. The organizer is responsible for ensuring that their designated contractors comply with the hotel's regulations and are capable of carrying out the relevant contracted works.
The organizer's designated contractors may only work within the designated areas.
If the relevant contractor fails to submit the information required for the power supply procedure, the hotel has the right to refuse power supply. The hotel shall not be liable for any delays and losses caused by the contractor's non-compliant installations.
9.4 Power Supply (Electricity Supply)
1. All power supplies from the power company (CEM) or locally installed generators must be installed and connected by the hotel. Temporary power services are also provided exclusively by the hotel.
2. The hotel will provide power services that are in normal working condition. However, the hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by failures or malfunctions of the power company's equipment and systems.
3. When the organizer's equipment, appliances, or any electrical installations cause failures, overloads, or hazards to the hotel's power system, or affect services for other organizers, the hotel reserves the right to disconnect or remove the temporary power supply without prior notice until the organizer rectifies the relevant issues. If the organizer is unable to use part of the services due to the above reasons, the hotel will not make any refunds.
4. The hotel will provide independent power supplies for machinery, lighting, and small generators, and will charge according to different installation types.
5. If 24-hour power supply is required, an application can be made to the hotel.
6. If AC power (including non-standard voltage, current, or frequency) and DC power supply are required, an application can be made to the hotel.
