14. Activities not permitted at the venue
14.1 Improper performances
If the organizer holds improper activities at the venue without prior approval from the hotel (e.g., adult-themed performances, activities violating Macau laws, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to immediately terminate the event without prior notice.
14.2 Gambling activities
1. The hotel does not permit any gambling activities to be conducted outside the hotel casino area.
2. If the organizer intends to include gambling-related elements in the event, the following terms must be followed:
(a) Within the hotel's meeting rooms, exhibition areas, and any location outside the hotel casino, any monetary gambling transactions are strictly prohibited (examples of prohibited conduct: purchasing raffle tickets and chips or placing cash on tables).
(b) The hotel will not provide any gambling tables, chips, or dealers in areas outside the hotel casino.
(c) Any gambling tables, chips, dealers, or other activity elements must be operated by a non-gambling-for-profit subcontractor signed between the organizer and the hotel's sales department.
(d) Gaming activities with an "entertainment" or "charity" theme that do not violate the regulations in this section may not be considered a form of gambling activity.
(e) The organizer must submit an event plan to the hotel for approval seven days prior to the event date. The information that must be provided includes: the type of gambling or game, a complete list of prize items, and a sample of each gambling device.
(f) The organizer must at all times follow Macau laws when holding events.
(g) If the organizer is found to be in violation of any of the above terms, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the event at any time and shall not be liable for any losses arising from such termination.
14.3 Mobile applications involving gambling elements
Without the approval of the Macau Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau, mobile applications involving gambling elements are not permitted to be promoted in Macau.
14.4 Activities involving open flames or water
Without the approval of the hotel, activities involving open flames (such as open-flame cooking) or activities involving water (such as water games) may not be held.
14.5 Activities involving monetary transactions held in non-rented areas
Under no circumstances may the organizer hold activities involving monetary transactions in non-rented areas.
14.6 Others
If the event carries a high-risk nature with regard to, including but not limited to, public safety and property damage, the hotel reserves the right to reject the application for the event.
