17. Building and Facility Guidelines
17.1 Getting to the Hotel
The hotel is only a five-minute drive from Macau International Airport. With complimentary shuttle bus services, it is convenient to travel to all parts of Macau. The hotel is closely connected to the ferry terminals and border checkpoints, just minutes away; it is also very convenient for visitors to access the Cotai Strip®, which is unmatched by other locations.
17.2 Persons with Disabilities
Our building facilities comply with relevant local laws to facilitate access for persons with disabilities.
All floors are directly accessible via passenger elevators, making it easy to reach all meeting rooms and public areas. Accessible restrooms are available on all floors of the hotel. The hotel is equipped with handrails for persons with disabilities, and sufficient space has been reserved in all rooms for the installation of handrails.
17.3 Public Address System (PA System)
The hotel is equipped with a public address system for emergency announcements.
Guests must follow the instructions announced through the public address system.
17.4 Public Areas
Public areas include the corridors leading to meeting rooms and the lobby areas within the hotel.
For safety reasons, public areas must be kept clear at all times. The use of hand trucks, trolleys, or forklifts is strictly prohibited in public areas.
