18. Event Venue
18.1 Use of Event Venue
1. The event venue may only be used for the event purposes arranged in accordance with the sales contract and/or Banquet Event Order.
2. If the hotel determines that the nature of any event is undesirable, inappropriate, harmful, offensive, or illegal, the hotel reserves the right to immediately cancel the event and require the relevant group to leave the hotel immediately.
3. When the organizer uses the event venue, the hotel reserves and does not waive the right to issue and enforce relevant regulations, rules, and directives as necessary for its safety, order, and smooth commercial operations.
4. The hotel reserves the right to allow its staff and designated contractors to enter the event venue for purposes including but not limited to: venue cleaning, repair, or security.
The organizer must agree to allow hotel staff and designated contractors, upon presenting appropriate identification and demonstrating legitimate reasons, to enter the event venue.
18.2 Venue Regulations and Rules
The organizer and its designated contractors must strictly comply with the "House Rules & Regulations for Contractors." For details of these rules, please contact the hotel.
18.3 Venue Damage Inspection
A Dilapidation Check (Dilap Check) will be conducted before the event setup day and after the teardown day. The organizer should authorize a representative to participate in the dilapidation check to ensure that the event venue is handed over to the organizer in its "original" condition and returned in its "original" condition.
If damage caused by the organizer/contractor/subcontractor is discovered during the dilapidation check on the event teardown day, the organizer must bear responsibility.
18.4 Hanging Accessories
Unless approved by the hotel, no accessories may be hung from the hotel's ceiling structure.
18.5 Floor Fixtures
Booth structures must not be permanently installed on the floor surface. If unauthorized permanent installation causes damage to the floor, the hotel will charge the organizer for the relevant repair costs after completing the repair.
If the contractor uses tape to secure carpets or other items to the floor, they will be responsible for removing such tape without damaging the floor. If the floor surface is found to be damaged, scratched, or have tape residue, the hotel will charge the organizer for the relevant repair or cleaning costs after completion.
18.6 Exit Signs
If booths, decorations, exhibits, or other items obstruct exit signs, additional exit signs must be provided to indicate the location of exits. The hotel will provide and install such additional signs and charge the organizer for the relevant costs.
18.7 Venue Alterations
The organizer must not obstruct, alter, or attach or add objects to the event venue, nor place any objects on the hotel's beams, pillars, or other structures.
18.8 Setup
If the organizer causes damage to the hotel building surface through decorations, signage, banners, ribbons, or stickers that requires the hotel to clean or repair, the organizer must bear the relevant costs.
If the organizer intends to use inflatable balloons in any area of the hotel, approval from the hotel must be obtained in advance.
Unless approved by the hotel, confetti cannons are prohibited in the hotel.
