20. Marketing and Intellectual Property Items
20.1 Use of the Hotel's Name and Logo
All marketing activities, including but not limited to public advertisements, promotions, direct marketing, collateral, and electronic promotional items, that mention the Hotel's name and/or use its logo or intellectual property must first be approved by the Hotel.
20.2 Copyright of Intellectual Property Items
The Hotel shall not be liable for any products or exhibits that infringe or are suspected of infringing copyright displayed at the event venue. The Organizer is responsible for obtaining licenses for all projects, products, or activities.
The Hotel will not modify, control, or approve any audio-visual presentations, performances, or music publications. The Hotel will not play or perform any music, nor will it make referrals on behalf of anyone. If the Organizer intends to use copyright-protected materials, it must first obtain permission from the relevant authorities to use such copyrighted music or products, or obtain an exemption.
20.3 Distribution of Materials
The Organizer must agree not to post or display any event signs, advertisements, posters, printed materials, flyers, or promotional cards within the Hotel, except outside the event venue.
The Organizer must also agree not to distribute flyers, postcards, brochures, or other promotional materials within the Hotel to promote its event.
20.4 Filming and Broadcasting
Unless prior consent is obtained from the Hotel, the Organizer may not film, record audio or video, televise, or broadcast within the Hotel. The Hotel may charge an additional fee for this.
