22. Emergency Situations
22.1 Fire Alarm
In the event of a fire alarm, please follow the instructions given by the public address system and the hotel staff.
22.2 Typhoon and Black Rainstorm
When a typhoon signal is hoisted, relevant notices will be posted at main entrances and public areas. The organizer should follow the instructions as appropriate.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or No. 10 or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the hotel will remain open. The organizer has the sole discretion to decide whether to cancel the event.
If the hotel believes that weather conditions may pose a danger to the safety of guests, the hotel will decide jointly with the organizer whether to close the hotel's meeting and exhibition facilities. In some cases, the Macao government may decide to close the entire hotel or part of it.
