Supplementary Notice of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province on the Work Related to the 2023 "Yue Trade Global" Overseas Exhibition Platform for Guangdong Commodities
To the Commerce Bureaus of all cities above the county level and relevant exhibition organizing units: In order to implement the work deployment of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, accelerate the cultivation of new advantages in international competition, intensify efforts to encourage and guide enterprises in our province to use exhibition platforms to go global and explore diversified international markets, help enterprises secure orders and stabilize markets, and promote the high-quality development of our province's foreign trade, our Department has selected a number of offline and online exhibition platforms as the key "Yue Trade Global" overseas exhibition platforms for Guangdong commodities in 2023. Please assist in the relevant mobilization and organization work, and increase support for the exhibition platforms. The relevant support policies are hereby notified as follows:
I. "Yue Mao Global" Guangdong Commodity Overseas Exhibition Platform (Offline)
(1) Key Exhibitions. For enterprises registered in our province (excluding Shenzhen) that participate in overseas exhibitions selected and determined by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce (Attachment 1) between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023, each enterprise may apply for a maximum of 1 standard booth (each standard booth calculated as 9 square meters) for each overseas exhibition. The booth fee shall be supported at a rate not exceeding 80% and a maximum amount not exceeding 30,000 RMB; the specific support standards are divided according to countries and regions (Attachment 3). -2 -
(2) General Exhibitions. For enterprises registered in our province (excluding Shenzhen) that participate in other overseas exhibitions between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023, each enterprise may apply for a maximum of 1 standard booth (each standard booth calculated as 9 square meters) for each overseas exhibition project. The booth fee shall be supported at a rate not exceeding 50% and a maximum amount not exceeding 18,000 RMB.
In principle, each enterprise may apply for no more than 5 offline exhibitions.
II. "Yue Mao Global" Guangdong Commodity Overseas Exhibition Platform (Online)
For enterprises registered in our province (excluding Shenzhen) that participate in the "Yue Mao Global" Guangdong Commodity Online Overseas Exhibition Platform (Attachment 2) selected and determined by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023, each enterprise shall be supported for each online exhibition at a rate not exceeding 80% and a maximum amount not exceeding 5,000 RMB.
In principle, each enterprise may apply for no more than 5 online exhibitions.
