2023 Tianjin Enterprise International Business Capability Enhancement Project Application Guide
1. Support is provided for five projects, including foreign trade enterprises participating in overseas exhibitions, conducting management system certification, product certification, overseas trademark registration, and overseas patent applications.
2. Projects that meet the support content and have an expenditure amount of RMB 5,000 or above will be supported, with the support amount rounded down to the nearest hundred.
3. For enterprises whose customs statistics show an import and export value of USD 100,000 or above (including USD 100,000) in 2022, the annual total support amount per enterprise (including the combined total of the above five projects, hereinafter the same) is capped at RMB 300,000; for production-oriented enterprises that do not reach USD 100,000, the annual total support amount per enterprise is capped at RMB 30,000; trade-oriented enterprises that do not reach USD 100,000 will not be supported. If they belong to the same group or the same legal entity as a production-oriented enterprise, proof of affiliation must be provided. (For enterprises that newly registered for customs import and export cargo consignor/consignee registration in 2022 and 2023, the support cap may be determined based on the 2023 customs statistics of import and export value).
4. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce regarding setting a reasonable support period for the same enterprise, enterprises that have applied for this project in 2021 and 2022 and have received financial support will not be supported if they still have no actual customs import and export performance in 2023.
