Zhejiang Province
The Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce and the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance issued the "Measures for the Management of Commercial Exhibitions and Funds in Zhejiang Province" on July 7, 2022. Among them, for enterprises participating in international trade exhibitions of key categories, the support standard for booth fees is: a maximum subsidy of 70%, with a maximum of 50,000 yuan per single booth, and a maximum of 150,000 yuan per single enterprise for a single exhibition.
Hangzhou City
For service trade enterprises participating in domestic and overseas exhibitions listed in the "Hangzhou Service Trade Exhibition Catalog" (published annually by the Municipal Commerce Bureau), registration fees and booth fees will be subsidized at a maximum of 70% or 100% of the actual costs, depending on the exhibition category.
For other service trade exhibitions recognized by the Commerce Bureau, participating enterprises will receive a subsidy of no more than 50% of the registration fees and booth fees.
Booth fee subsidy standard: For the same exhibition, each enterprise can receive subsidies for up to 6 standard booths. If the booth fee exceeds 50,000 yuan per standard booth, it will be calculated at 50,000 yuan. For registration fee subsidies, participating enterprises with booths can receive subsidies for up to 2 people, while those without booths can receive subsidies for up to 1 person.
Wenzhou City
On December 22, 2022, the General Office of the Wenzhou Municipal People's Government issued the "Wenzhou City Work Plan to Support Enterprises in 'Retaining Employees, Stabilizing Production, and Achieving a Good Start'." For enterprises going abroad to participate in exhibitions in the first quarter of 2023, the fee subsidy standards have been clearly defined: for overseas exhibitions in Asian regions, each person will receive a subsidy of 8,000 yuan; for exhibitions outside Asia, each person will receive a subsidy of 15,000 yuan. Each enterprise can receive subsidies for no more than 4 person-times per exhibition.
For enterprises traveling to other RCEP member countries to carry out major commercial activities (other than exhibition participation), a 30% subsidy will be provided for each person's international airfare.
Shaoxing City
Shaoxing City has issued the "Operational Rules for Policies Supporting Enterprises in Shaoxing City to Seize Orders and Expand Markets," further supporting enterprises in seizing orders and expanding markets. The policy clarifies that in the first quarter of 2023, Shaoxing enterprises participating in overseas exhibitions, going abroad for business activities, and inviting foreign merchants to enter the country for business negotiations can receive corresponding subsidies for airfare, booth fees, and rewards for inviting merchants.
According to the policy, Shaoxing provides 100% subsidies for booth fees for enterprises participating in the city's annual key overseas exhibitions (including online exhibitions); 50% subsidies for booth fees for enterprises participating in non-city annual key overseas exhibitions (including online exhibitions); 60% subsidies for booth fees if the exhibition is held in countries and regions along the "Belt and Road"; and 70% subsidies for booth fees if the exhibition is held in RCEP member countries. For the above same projects, higher-level subsidy funds must be deducted, and the total subsidy for each enterprise shall not exceed 1 million yuan.
Jiaxing City
Provide 50% subsidies for round-trip airfare expenses for enterprise personnel going abroad to participate in exhibitions in the first quarter of 2023, with a maximum of 60,000 yuan per single enterprise.
For enterprise personnel going abroad to participate in exhibitions in the first quarter of 2023, full subsidies for booth fees will be provided, with a maximum of 50,000 yuan per standard booth, and a maximum of 3 standard booths subsidized per enterprise for the same exhibition.
Jinhua City
Support independently organized exhibitions to expand markets. For participation in domestic and overseas exhibitions and online exhibitions listed in the annual exhibition catalog and independently organized by the municipal commerce department (Council for the Promotion of International Trade, International Chamber of Commerce), 100% subsidies for booth fees will be provided.
Support enterprises in participating in various exhibitions to expand markets. For participation in key domestic international exhibitions and online exhibitions in the annual exhibition catalog, subsidies of up to 50% for booth fees will be provided. For enterprises participating in overseas exhibitions not independently organized (including proxy participation), subsidies of at least 60% per standard booth will be provided. The subsidy for a single booth fee shall not exceed 30,000 yuan, and each enterprise can receive subsidies for up to 4 booths for the same exhibition. The annual total subsidy for booth fees (excluding self-organized exhibitions) for the same enterprise shall not exceed 300,000 yuan.
The annual exhibition catalog is dynamically adjusted each year and is determined and announced by the municipal commerce department.
