Fuzhou City
Support foreign trade enterprises to expand into overseas markets. Support enterprises to "go global" through forms such as organizing group charter flights and proxy participation in exhibitions to explore markets and secure orders. (1) Encourage foreign trade enterprises in our city that had import and export performance in 2022 to participate in group trips organized by provincial and municipal authorities to attend overseas offline exhibitions, visit clients, and engage in other activities. Provide a 50% subsidy for airfare expenses incurred by enterprises participating in provincial and municipal group trips to overseas exhibitions and client visits. Provide a 70% subsidy for booth fees for enterprises participating in overseas exhibitions. This policy can be stacked with provincial-level policies, with the total subsidy not exceeding the actual expenses incurred by the enterprise, and the municipal subsidy for a single enterprise at a single exhibition capped at RMB 50,000. (2) Encourage and support enterprises to "go global" and participate in overseas offline exhibitions. Support foreign trade enterprises in our city that had import and export performance in 2022 to attend overseas offline exhibitions, with booth fees subsidized at a rate of 50%, and the subsidy for a single enterprise at a single exhibition capped at RMB 50,000. (3) Support enterprises in expanding markets and seizing orders through the "proxy participation in exhibitions" model. Support foreign trade enterprises in our city that had import and export performance in 2022 to participate in overseas offline exhibitions by entrusting domestic and overseas exhibition organizations, partners, agents, and other channels. Provide a 50% subsidy for booth fees under the proxy participation model, with the subsidy for a single enterprise at a single exhibition capped at RMB 50,000. (4) Encourage enterprises to participate in overseas warehouse exhibition and product selection fairs. Seizing the opportunity for expanding into the Russian market and capitalizing on the RCEP policy dividend, guide enterprises to actively participate in overseas warehouse exhibition and product selection fairs, promoting trade cooperation through the dual integration of offline product warehousing and display, and online business negotiations, thereby facilitating a new model for enterprises to secure orders. Provide a fixed subsidy of RMB 20,000 per exhibition for foreign trade enterprises in our city that had import and export performance in 2022 and participate in overseas exhibitions in Russia and RCEP member countries. (5) Provide tiered subsidies for organizing units of overseas business activities arranged by our city to carry out business exchange and promotion activities abroad. For delegation groups of 11 to 20 members, a subsidy of RMB 100,000 is provided; for groups of 21 to 30 members, a subsidy of RMB 150,000 is provided; and for groups of 31 members or more, a subsidy of RMB 200,000 is provided.
Quanzhou City
Encourage participation in overseas offline exhibitions by entrusting overseas partners, agents, and other means, with subsidies for enterprise booth fees at a maximum of no more than 70%, and a maximum subsidy of no more than 40,000 yuan per booth; encourage chartering flights to go abroad in groups to explore international markets, with subsidies for charter flight costs of personnel participating in exhibitions or conducting business negotiations in charter flight activities at a maximum of no more than 50%.
Actively organize online and offline exhibitions, and provide subsidies of 300,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan respectively for each industry-specific offline or online exhibition held (including co-hosted) by county (city, district) governments or industry associations.
Xiamen City
Support enterprises in participating in exhibitions to expand markets, and increase subsidies for enterprises' overseas exhibitions. For foreign trade enterprises going abroad to participate in exhibitions in the first half of 2023, the booth fee subsidy standard is raised to 25,000 yuan for Category A and 20,000 yuan for Category B. The booth fee subsidy standard for participating in exhibitions in the city's 9 key markets under the "Belt and Road" initiative, 8 key markets under the "One Country, One Policy" initiative, and BRICS countries is increased by 20%.
The subsidy for exhibitor personnel expenses is raised to 10,000 yuan for Category A and 5,000 yuan for Category B. For participation in major Hong Kong exhibitions in the first half of 2023 (specified by a whitelist), the booth fee subsidy standard is raised to 18,000 yuan, and the subsidy for exhibitor personnel expenses is raised to 2,500 yuan.
