Notice of the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province on Issuing the Measures for the Recognition and Administration of Brand Exhibitions in Hunan Province
1. Provide a 70% subsidy for the standard booth fees incurred by enterprises participating in offline overseas exhibitions (no more than four standard booths per exhibition, with a maximum subsidy of 5,000 yuan per standard booth and a maximum subsidy of 20,000 yuan per exhibition);
2. Provide a 70% subsidy for the transportation costs of exhibits incurred by enterprises participating in overseas exhibitions;
3. Provide a 70% subsidy for international transportation expenses incurred by no more than 2 exhibitors per exhibition, based on economy class standards. Accommodation expenses shall be subsidized at 70% according to the standards not exceeding those prescribed for public officials on business trips abroad by the state.
