Jiangxi Provincial Foreign Trade and Economic Development Special Fund - Application Guide for Projects Supporting Foreign Trade Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to Explore Markets
Overseas Exhibitions (Including Group)
1. Overseas exhibitions refer to international or regional (including Hong Kong and Macao) comprehensive or professional exhibitions held outside China, as well as various economic and trade exhibitions held overseas with the approval of relevant competent authorities in China.
2. Supported Content and Standards
(1) For the booth fee (venue, basic booth, tables and chairs, lighting) of participating enterprises, financial support of no more than 70% and up to 30,000 yuan will be provided (only supporting one 9-square-meter booth);
(2) For the public decoration expenses of the project organizing unit (limited to group projects only), financial support of no more than 70% and up to 100,000 yuan will be provided.
3. Notes
(1) If an enterprise participating in an overseas exhibition is found to have falsely issued exhibition booth fee invoices (such as including personnel fees, promotional expenses, etc. in the booth fee), or made duplicate applications (such as in the case of group exhibition projects where both the group organizer and the participating enterprise apply simultaneously), such conduct, once discovered during the review process, shall be deemed as fraudulently obtaining special funds. All applications for that year will be canceled, and the enterprise's eligibility for project applications will be revoked for five years.
(2) Overseas exhibition projects are divided into enterprise projects and group projects. When applying, small and medium-sized enterprises or project organizing units should select the "Overseas Exhibition" category;
(3) To apply for an overseas exhibition group project, the project organizing unit must be approved by relevant national authorities to have the qualification to organize enterprises nationwide, across industries, or within a region to hold economic and trade exhibitions abroad. When applying for group exhibition project funds, the project organizing unit should provide a summary list of participating enterprises. The number of participating small and medium-sized enterprises must be 5 or more;
(4) To apply for overseas exhibition projects, the organizer's invitation documents should be provided, and relevant procedures for foreign exchange, exit, and other related matters should be handled in accordance with national regulations. Among them, group projects must be approved by the competent national authorities;
(5) The booth supported by the project must be a self-use booth;
(6) The country (region) of the project in the form can be selected through the system dictionary and does not need to be filled in manually;
(7) For group exhibition projects, the applying unit must fill in the participating enterprise statistics table during the application process, otherwise the system will not approve it (required for group projects).
4. Application Materials
