Notice of the People's Government of Sichuan Province on Printing and Issuing Several Policy Measures for Focusing on High-Quality Development and Promoting the Overall Improvement of Economic Operation
To the people's governments of all cities (prefectures), counties (cities, districts), all departments and directly affiliated institutions of the provincial government, and relevant units:
Carry out the "Sichuan Travels the World" international market expansion activities, support over 100 key international exhibitions and economic and trade activities, and provide support to enterprises participating in domestic and overseas international exhibitions. Optimize the procedures for applying for official overseas trips (exit) and handling invitation letters for foreign nationals to obtain visas for visiting China. Coordinate with Chinese embassies and consulates abroad to facilitate business activities for enterprises going overseas. Legally cancel the filing and registration of foreign trade operators, and focus on cultivating 500 enterprises in the second batch of the "Thousand Enterprise Program." Support foreign trade enterprises in advantageous green and low-carbon industries in carrying out international logistics, research and development, and international certification such as "carbon footprint." Support the construction of distribution centers for importing distinctive single products. Carry out the export business of second-hand vehicles in accordance with the deployment requirements of relevant central departments.
