It was restructured and reorganized from Wuhan Valve Factory, a former state second-class enterprise, and was officially incorporated in 2005. The company operates a modern production plant covering 12,000 square meters, equipped with more than 200 sets of professional production and testing equipment dedicated to valve manufacturing. It has established 2 thermal processing production lines and 4 automated machining production lines, boasting a stable annual production capacity of 10 million full-series intake and exhaust valves.

Leveraging its profound technical foundation, the enterprise has successively obtained certifications of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 international quality management systems. It holds 21 authorized patents and 5 independently developed software copyrights. Its self-built brands "Dongxin Valve" and "Shoupai Valve" have earned a decade-long reputation in the industry.
