The formula of Pentaerythritol Tetra Oleate(PETO) is C(CH2OOCC17H33)4, which is obtained by the reaction of Pentaerythritol with oleic acid through a special process. The commercial product is usually a colorless or yellow clear liquid.

Applications:
With excellent lubricating property, high viscosity index, fire resistant and high biodegradability, PETO islow volatile biodegradable POE type ester lubricant base fluid and lubricity additive for metal tapping oil, non-ferrous metal die releasing oil, #68 HFDU hydraulic oil, grease, alsoas ingredients for the formulation of biodegradable hydraulic oil, saw oil, barge engine oil, especially applied as an effective rubber plasticizer.
