Properties: At normal temperature, the product is a pale yellow viscous oily liquid. It will solidify when the temperature is lower than 5°C. Ignition point: 310°C, viscosity 325mPa.s (25°C), refractive index 1.472 (25°C), water solubility < 0.01% (25°C), solubility of water in this product: 0.55% (25°C). It is soluble in hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, and higher alcohols, and slightly soluble in ethanol. It is the most widely-used epoxide plasticizer and stabilizing agent for polyvinyl chloride. It has good compatibility with PVC resin. It has low volatility and little mobility. It also possesses great thermal stability and light stability. It is waterproof and oil-proof. We can use it to make products with good mechanical strength, resistance to elements, and electrical properties. Furthermore, it is non-toxic and can be used as an assistant for food packaging materials, which has been internationally authenticated. If 3-5 parts of the product are used in common soft products, it can greatly improve the thermal stability and light stability of the soft products. When used with polyester plasticizers, the product can reduce the mobility of the polyester plasticizers. When used with metal heat stabilizers, the product can have an obvious synergistic effect. Using this product can also reduce the dosage of other plasticizers, stabilizers, and lubricants.

Use: The product can be used in most products of polyvinyl chloride, such as all kinds of food package materials, medical products, different kinds of films, sheet materials, tubing, sealing strip of refrigerator, artificial leather, plastic wallpaper, electrical wires and cables and other commodity plastic products .It also can be used as special printing ink and liquid composite stabilizer.
