Q3: Is black carbon dust normal for new filters?
A: Slight carbon powder is normal. Rinse & soak before first use.

Q1: How often to replace the filter?
A: 1–4 weeks. Replace sooner for multi-pet households or hot weather.
Q2: When should I replace immediately?
A: Water smells bad, turns cloudy or filter is clogged with hair.

A: Low MOQ for stock filters; custom mold orders have separate MOQ.

A: Yes, we support OEM, custom size, shape and package.
