FR4 ist ein starres, flammhemmendes Isolierlaminat, hergestellt aus alkalifreiem E-Glasgewebe, imprägniert mit Epoxidharz und heißgepresst. Es entspricht der NEMA-Klasse FR4 (IEC EPGC202), UL94 V-0.
Es besitzt hohe Dielektrizitätsfestigkeit, gute mechanische Festigkeit, geringe Wasseraufnahme, stabile Abmessungen, einfaches CNC-Schneiden, Bohren und Fräsen. Weit verbreitet für Isolierabstandshalter von Transformatoren, Trennwände, Stromschienenhalterungen, Isolierteile von Schaltanlagen.
Wir liefern Rohplatten und kundenspezifisch bearbeitete Fertigteile. Dicke 0,5–50 mm verfügbar, Farbe optional grün/gelb/schwarz.
