FR4는 무알칼리 E-유리 직물에 에폭시 수지를 함침시켜 열간 압착한 경질 난연 절연 적층판입니다. NEMA FR4 등급(IEC EPGC202), UL94 V-0입니다.
높은 절연 강도, 우수한 기계적 강도, 낮은 흡수율, 안정적인 치수, 쉬운 CNC 절단, 드릴링 및 밀링을 갖추고 있습니다. 변압기 절연 스페이서, 배리어, 부스바 지지대, 스위치기어 절연 부품에 널리 사용됩니다.
원판 시트와 맞춤 가공된 완제품 부품을 공급합니다. 두께 0.5~50mm 사용 가능하며, 색상은 녹색/노란색/검정색 중 선택 가능합니다.
