Diamond Dotted Paper (DDP) is epoxy resin dotted cellulose insulation paper for oil-immersed power transformers. It has diamond-shaped epoxy dots on the paper surface. After heating during transformer drying process, the resin dots solidify and bond coil layers firmly. The gap between dots forms oil ducts for cooling. This paper features excellent dielectric property, high tensile strength and good oil compatibility. It is commonly used for winding interlayer insulation. Custom slitting service is available.
