Product Introduction
FR4 is a rigid flame-retardant insulation laminate, made of alkali-free woven E-glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and hot pressed. It is NEMA FR4 grade (IEC EPGC202), UL94 V-0.
It owns high dielectric strength, good mechanical strength, low water absorption, stable dimension, easy CNC cutting, drilling and milling. Widely used for transformer insulation spacers, barriers, busbar supports, switchgear insulation parts.
We supply raw sheets and custom machined finished parts. Thickness 0.5–50 mm available, green/yellow/black color optional.
