Product Introduction
Phenolic insulation screw and nut are precision machined from phenolic cotton cloth laminated sheet. Insulation Class E, continuous working temperature 120℃.
It has stable dielectric property, good mechanical strength, low water absorption and good compatibility with transformer oil. Used as insulating fasteners for oil-immersed transformers, reactors and high voltage switchgears, avoiding short circuit caused by metal fasteners.
Standard thread sizes M6~M30 available; custom thread, length and hexagon size according to drawings.
