Q8: What are the packaging standards? Is customized packaging available?
Standard packaging: Products are wrapped with waterproof film + bubble film, packed in solid wooden pallets/corrugated cartons, with protective sleeves for key parts (e.g., flange interfaces, bellows) to ensure no damage during transportation.
Customized packaging: Export fumigation packaging, moisture-proof packaging, and logo customization (e.g., printing customer's LOGO, product serial number) are available. Please specify requirements in the order; related costs are negotiable.
Q9: What if products are damaged during transportation?
After verification of transportation-related damage, we provide: (1) Free replacement of damaged parts or the entire batch of products; (2) Expedited repair and replacement to ensure minimum impact on customer use. All costs related to transportation damage shall be borne by our company, with no additional charges to customers.
