HB6 is a pre-purification catalyst with developed pore structure, which is mainly used for removing dust and water through physical adsorption and removing trace chlorine, sulfur, nitrogen and arsenic impurities through chemical adsorption. It is suitable for the purification of gas-phase raw materials and can protect downstream catalysts from poisoning caused by impurities such as sulfur, chlorine, arsenic and nitrogen compounds. The catalyst has good adsorption performance and can be used as a guard bed before downstream catalytic processes. HB6 has an operating temperature range of normal temperature–90°C, operating pressure from normal pressure to 6.0 MPa, and a chlorine removal capacity with outlet chlorine content below 0.2 ppm.
