This catalyst uses cobalt molybdenum as the main active components and titanium dioxide as the carrier. It is mainly used for the reductive treatment of Claus tail gas in refineries and natural gas processing plants. Through hydrogenation and hydrolysis reactions, sulfur-containing components in Claus tail gas are converted into H2S, which can be recycled back to the Claus unit after subsequent treatment. The catalyst is active at a temperature range of 220-280°C and shows excellent hydrogenation conversion performance over a wide range of operating conditions. The catalyst features high activity, good stability and long service life.
