Hangzhou Yuanji Launches New 3D SORTER Intelligent Put Wall Sorting System for Multi-item Order Fulfillment

Hangzhou Yuanji Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. officially releases its upgraded 3D SORTER intelligent put wall sorting system, specially developed for e-commerce, 3PL, pharmaceutical and apparel warehouses facing heavy multi-SKU, multi-item order sorting pressure.

Different from traditional flat put walls, this solution adopts the proprietary dual-cart single rail structure. It raises space utilization by over 50% while only occupying 10–15 square meters of floor area. The sorting accuracy reaches 99.9%, and the maximum throughput can hit 3500 pieces per hour. Just one operator can complete the sorting workload that previously required five workers.

The whole machine is modular and supports flexible expansion of sorting compartments. Remote diagnosis function allows engineers to adjust parameters and troubleshoot online. Standard on-site installation and commissioning can be finished within 2 working days.
