Yuanji 3D Put Wall Sorting System Successfully Put Into Operation for an Overseas E-commerce Fulfillment Warehouse

Recently, a customized 3D SORTER sorting system from Hangzhou Yuanji Intelligent Manufacturing was officially launched at an overseas e-commerce fulfillment center. The warehouse mainly handles mixed orders of cosmetics and health products, with obvious peak order fluctuation and strict requirements on sorting accuracy.

Before renovation, the warehouse relied fully on manual put wall sorting. Labor cost was high, error rate rose sharply during sales peaks, and the original flat sorting station took up too much valuable warehouse space. After communication, Yuanji’s team designed a compact 3D three-dimensional sorting scheme according to the customer’s SKU quantity and order structure.

After going live, the customer’s sorting error rate dropped below 0.1%, and the occupied area was reduced by more than half. The system supports quick configuration adjustment for seasonal promotion peaks. With remote after-sales support, local downtime risk is greatly reduced.
