Yunfeiyang Robotics Completes Full Production Line Upgrade, Monthly Production Capacity Increased by 40%

In the second quarter of 2026, Yunfeiyang Robotics successfully completed the overall intelligent upgrade and standardized transformation of the production workshop, assembly line and product testing system. By introducing automated precision assembly equipment, intelligent aging test system, unified camera calibration platform and standardized finished product inspection process, the company’s comprehensive production capacity of pipeline inspection robots and pipeline operation robots has been significantly improved. The monthly output of complete robot sets has increased from 45 sets to 63 sets, with a capacity increase of 40%. At the same time, the product one-time qualification rate has been successfully upgraded from 96.2% to 99.5%, greatly improving product consistency, operational stability and batch delivery capability.

Before the upgrade, the traditional manual assembly and single-point debugging mode led to long product debugging cycles and slight parameter differences between different batches of equipment. The newly upgraded intelligent production line realizes unified precision control in all links including mechanical assembly, wheel body debugging, camera parameter calibration, waterproof performance testing, cable tensile testing and software function debugging. Every finished robot needs to pass 12 strict standardized testing procedures before delivery, including 8-hour continuous full-water soaking test, 500-time repeated cable bending test, 30-degree cyclic climbing test, long-distance continuous driving test and full-function simulation inspection test, ensuring that every delivered device can adapt to various complex and harsh pipeline working conditions.

After the production upgrade, Yunfeiyang’s production system can fully support large-batch overseas order delivery, customized ODM equipment development and special pipeline robot project customization. The standard order delivery cycle is shortened from the original 15 working days to 8–10 working days, which greatly improves customer delivery experience and market competitiveness. The comprehensive upgrade of production capacity and quality control system lays a solid foundation for Yunfeiyang to further expand global market share and undertake large-scale overseas municipal and industrial pipeline engineering projects.
