This skin-friendly breathable PU foam adopts highly open-cell structure for good air circulation. Soft and gentle to touch, it helps dissipate heat and moisture during sleep. Stable resilience, can be cut into custom sizes and laminated with other foam layers. OEM & ODM available, meets ROHS, REACH, CA117 standard.
1. How good is the breathability exactly? Do you have specific data? How much better is it than regular foam?
Premium grades can reach 1.5-2 times that of regular foam or even higher, so it is not stuffy in summer and sweat spreads quickly.
2. How do I choose density and firmness / resilience? Will it be too soft or too firm?
The common density range is 20-45 kg/m3 (thinner and softer for bra cups), and higher densities are used for support applications.
3. Is it yellowing resistant? Will it turn yellow with long-term use or washing?
Yellowing becomes possible only after more than five years of use. With long-term use or washing, simply keep it ventilated and dry to prevent yellowing.
